Abstract(s)
Objetivo: verificar a efetividade da realização do treino nórdico, na prevenção de lesões dos isquiotibiais em jogadores de futebol masculino. Metodologia: Realizou-se uma pesquisa computadorizada nas bases de dados PubMed, Web of Science, CENTRAL, Lilacs e SciELO com a combinação de palavras-chave: ((hamstring injury) AND (nordic exercise OR Nordic curl) AND (soccer or football) AND (prevent*)). Para a base de dados PEDro utilizou-se: ((nordic exercise) AND (soccer)). A qualidade metodológica foi analisada através da escala de PEDro. Resultados: Nesta revisão foram incluídos 5 artigos que cumpriram os critérios de elegibilidade com um total de 1933 participantes e média aritmética de 5,8 na escala de PEDro. Conclusão: Com base nos estudos analisados, o exercício nórdico apresenta efeitos positivos na prevenção de lesões dos isquiotibiais em jogadores de futebol masculino e deve ser considerada a sua implementação em programas de treino para diminuição do risco lesivo.

Results: This review included 5 articles that met the eligibility criteria with a total of 1933 participants and an arithmetic mean of 5.8 on the PEDro scale. Conclusion: Based on the studies analyzed, nordic hamstring exercise shows positive effects in preventing hamstring injuries in male football players and its implementation in training programs should be considered to reduce injury risk.
