Abstract(s)
No total ocorreram 328 lesões nos IT’s.
Objective: analyze the association between isokinetic dynamometry of the knee and hamstring (H’s) injuries in soccer players.. Methodology: In order to perform this systematic review, a computerized search was conducted in Pubmed, Cochrane and PEDro databases. Inclusion criteria were: experimental studies evaluating the association between isokinetic dynamometry of the knee and the prevalence of H’s injuries; human studies; of full text. The exclusion criteria were: articles of systematic review; studies that included female participants; studies carried out in young layers and other types of sports than soccer. Results: Six studies were included, with a total of 1673 athletes. In total there were 328 lesions in H's. The studies present contradictory results regarding the association of isokinetic dynamometry and lesions in H's. Conclusion: The clinical relevance of isokinetic evaluation in H’s injuries in soccer players is not consensual. Further studies are needed to confirm this association.
