Abstract(s)
A residência é um período transitório, marcada por grandes transformações,
onde o médico passa de estudante para profissional. Cabe ressaltar que essa fase é
marcada pelo grande aumento de suas responsabilidades, exigências, assim como, em
muitos casos, situações de estresses, insegurança e longas jornadas de trabalho.
Entendendo o contexto exposto, o objetivo desse trabalho foi apresentar os resultados de
um estudo, que desenvolveu uma análise interdisciplinar a respeito de como o médico
residente se sente quanto à sua qualidade de vida, bem-estar subjetivo e aspectos
ergonômicos, ao desempenhar suas atividades, durante o período em que cursa
residência médica em ambiente hospitalar.
The residence is a transitional period, marked by great transformations, where the doctor goes from student to professional. It is noteworthy that this phase is marked by the great increase of their responsibilities, demands, as well as, in many cases, situations of stress, insecurity and long journeys to work. Understand the context, the objective of this work was to present the results of a study, which has developed an interdisciplinary analysis as to how the resident feels about their quality of life, subjective well-being and ergonomic aspects, to carry out its activities during the period in which studies medical residency in hospitals.
