Introdução: A Dupla Tarefa (DT) é uma intervenção terapêutica que tem demonstrado grande eficácia na recuperação da marcha após AVE. Objetivo: Sumariar os efeitos do treino da dupla tarefa na melhoria dos parâmetros da marcha em adultos após AVE. Metodologia: Realizou-se uma pesquisa computorizada, entre Dezembro de 2019 e Janeiro de 2020, nas bases de dados e motores de busca PubMed, PEDro e MEDLINE, para encontrar estudos randomizados controlados que identificassem os efeitos do treino da dupla tarefa nos parâmetros da marcha em adultos após AVE. Resultados: Da pesquisa realizada, obtiveram-se um total de 1264 artigos: 1246 na PubMed, 13 na PEDro e 5 na MEDLINE. Nesta revisão participaram 220 indivíduos, sendo que a amostra máxima foi de 50 indivíduos (Meester et al., 2018) e a mínima de 25 indivíduos (Yang, Wang, Chen e Kao, 2007). Conclusão: A revisão bibliográfica desenvolvida neste estudo demonstrou consenso entre os autores, considerando que o treino da DT demonstra benefícios na melhoria dos parâmetros da marcha de indivíduos após AVE.
Introduction: Dual Task (DT) training is now a therapeutic intervention that has shown great effectiveness in recovery of gait after a stroke. Objective: Summarize the effects of dual task training in improving gait parameters in adults after stroke. Methodology: A computerized search was carried out between December 2019 and January 2020 in the PubMed, PEDro and MEDLINE databases, to find randomized controlled studies that identified the effects of dual task training on gait parameters in adults after stroke.
