Abstract(s)
A dimensão,
A dimensão, relação enfermeiro-médico
representa a terceira maior perceção (𝑥̅= 1,93 e σ = 0,069).
apresenta a menor perceção (𝑥̅= 1,78 e σ = 0,080).
The salutogenic work environment in nursing practice is characterized mainly by a set of factors, namely the adequacy of human and material resources, he existence of nursing fundamentals for the quality of care, the management and leadership of nurses, the participation of nurses in the institution's internal affairs and the relationship between the multidisciplinary team more specifically between nurses and doctors. Evidence that the factors described, according to scientific evidence in recent years, are of high relevance as they produce significant impacts on the levels of quality and safety in relation to the provision of care, health and well-being of professionals and the productivity of services and the institution. This research aimed to study the Salutogenic Work Environment of Nurses in a Private Hospital in the District of Porto. This is a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study, having proceeded to the collection of data through the questionnaire Scale of Work Environment of Nursing Practice, validated and adapted for the portuguese population. Access to the group will be carried out through a non-probabilistic sample for convenience, consisting of 36 nurses from that hospital. Of the results obtained, 36 nurses, 80.6% are female an average age of 29 years. The main results revealed that the nurse's dimension, management and leadership has the second lowest value (x̅= 1.84 and σ = 0.062). The dimension, adequate human resources to ensure the quality of care represents the second highest perception (x ̅= 1.94 and σ = 0.093). The dimension, nurse-physician relationship represents the third highest perception (x ̅= 1.93 and σ = 0.069). The dimension, participation of nurses in hospital affairs is the factor that has the highest perception (x ̅= 2.19 and σ = 0.065). The dimension, fundamentals of nursing based on the quality of the care has the lowest perception (x ̅= 1.78 and σ = 0.080). It was concluded that the dimension that predominates in the private institution is the dimension related to the participation of nurses in hospital matters and that that nurses perceive with lower values is the dimension related to factor v called nursing fundamentals based on the quality of the patients. care. It is possible to analyze that all domains have an average value of less than 2.5, thus being considered an unfavorable work environment, making it important to intervene in all dimensions, namely in the dimension of nursing fundamentals based on the quality of care, management and leadership of the nurse and the nurse-doctor relationship in order to generate healthy work environments, contributing with gains for the institution, for the health professional and for the user.
