Abstract(s)
A criminalidade organizada é um fenómeno que tem vindo a crescer exponencialmente tanto no âmbito internacional como no âmbito nacional nos últimos anos. Assim decorrente disto, este tipo de criminalidade tem ainda nos dias de hoje uma representatividade teórica pouco eminente, no sentido em que são poucos os estudos relativos a tal criminalidade, que possam moldar tanto a avaliação criminológica como a forma de como devem ser elaborados os planos de segurança e combate a este fenómeno.
Neste sentido, através da leitura e consequente análise de diversos artigos científicos, documentos oficiais, decretos de lei entre outras fontes, pretende-se explorar a criminalidade organizada tanto internacional como nacionalmente tendo sempre em vista empregar a perspetiva criminológica.
Organized crime is a phenomenon that has been growing exponentially both internationally and nationally in the past few years. As a result, this type of criminality still has, nowadays, little eminent theoretical representativeness, in the sense that there are few studies related to such criminality, which can help shape both the criminological assessment and the way in which the plans of security and combat against this phenomenon should be elaborated. In this sense, through the reading and consequent analysis of several scientific articles, official documents, decrees of law, among other sources, it is intended to explore organized crime both internationally and nationally, always keeping in mind the criminological perspective.
