Abstract(s)
A presente investigação tem por objetivo geral analisar os efeitos causados pelo encarceramento do pai e/ou mãe na vida das crianças, seus filhos e filhas, conforme a percepção de profissionais (psicólogos, médicos, professores e conselheiros tutelares) que lhes acompanhem ou prestam atendimento. Com o a finalidade alcançar a este objetivo, foram elencados os seguintes objetivos específicos: Verificar quais as dificuldades de desenvolvimento que enfrentam essas crianças. Observar as implicações comportamentais e emocionais, decorrentes do encarceramento de um ou ambos os genitores. Averiguar a exposição dessas crianças a fatores de risco decorrentes da situação de vulnerabilidade que enfrentam. Buscar medidas alternativas visando atenuar os efeitos do encarceramento do pai e/ou da mãe, na vida dos seus filhos e filhas, amparando para que se desenvolvam em um contexto mais funcional tanto na família como na sociedade.
Quanto à metodologia da pesquisa, primeiramente efetuou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica com intuito de aprofundamento sobre a temática proposta na investigação. Para a coleta de dados, foi utilizado um questionário, que foi respondido pelos profissionais que se dispuseram e que trabalham e acompanham as crianças, filhos e filhas de pai e/ou mãe encarcerados.
Os resultados obtidos nesta investigação permitiram verificar os efeitos causados nas crianças, filhos e filhas diante do encarceramento do seu pai e/ou sua mãe. Diante do panorama destes resultados, faz-se necessário um olhar mais cuidadoso para com essa população, devido à vulnerabilidade social que enfrentam, como também é imperiosa a proposição e implementação de políticas públicas efetivas e específicas que possam viabilizar o seu acolhimento, sua assistência e a garantia dos seus diretos humanos e fundamentais frente a realidade identificada pela investigação.
The present investigation has as general objective to analyze the effects caused by the incarceration of the father and/or mother in the lives of children, their sons and daughters, according to the perception of professionals (psychologists, doctors, teachers and guardianship) who accompany them or provide care . In order to achieve this objective, the following specific objectives were listed: To verify which developmental difficulties these children face. Observe the behavioral and emotional implications arising from incarceration of one or both parents. Check the exposure of these children to risk factors arising from the situation of vulnerability they face. Seek alternative measures to mitigate the effects of incarceration of the father and/or mother, in the lives of their sons and daughters, helping them to develop in a more functional context both in the family and in society. As for the research methodology, firstly, the bibliographical research was carried out in order to deepen the theme proposed in the investigation. For data collection, a questionnaire was used, which was answered by professionals who were willing and who work and accompany the children, sons and daughters of incarcerated fathers and/or mothers. The results obtained in this investigation allowed us to verify the effects caused on children, sons and daughters when their father and/or mother were imprisoned. Given the panorama of these results, a more careful look at this population is necessary, due to the social vulnerability they face, as well as the proposal and implementation of effective and specific public politics that can enable their reception, assistance and the guarantee of their human and fundamental rights against the reality identified by the investigation.
