Gestão Escolar: os obstáculos encontrados pelos gestores em suas práticas pedagógicas

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo busca refletir sobre os principais obstáculos que os gestores encontram ao desenvolver seu trabalho enquanto agente educativo nas instituições escolares no município de Santarém-Pará. Sendo que o gestor é o maior responsável pelo norteamento do modo de ser e de fazer da escola quanto aos seus resultados, encontrando o melhor caminho para defender e implementar suas propostas educacionais, sociais, culturais e políticas, sempre com o propósito de garantir melhorias tanto nas tarefas dos docentes quanto na sua função. Desta forma, procurou-se neste projeto de pesquisa, observar como o gestor das escolas municipais em Santarém tem enfrentado as dificuldades, em desenvolver sua proposta pedagógica na instituição em que trabalha. Sendo assim, esta pesquisa foi desenvolvida através de questionário fechado aos gestores da região de rios, e área urbana com o objetivo de coletar as informações as quais foram propostas neste estudo de pesquisa. Somando assim, os entraves que os mesmos encontram diariamente no ambiente escolar. Ao analisar os dados, inferiu-se que, de acordo com os resultados, tanto gestor escolar da região de rios como o da área urbana possui problemas que precisam ser solucionados, mas que não dependem somente de sua administração enquanto gestor. Pois, há diversos fatores que dependem de terceiros, com suas peculiaridades que de certa forma são recorrentes e complexas, sendo imprescindível um olhar diferenciado do poder público, que efetivamente cumpra com os objetivos propostos no artigo 205 da Constituiçao Federal do Brasil de 1988, frente às problemáticas que os gestores das escolas públicas enfrentam. Após os resultados da pesquisa de campo, percebe-se de que a proposta de intervenção a ser executada - o cumprimento das ações estabelecidas nos planos de educação na política educacional do município, integração das ideias e compromisso mútuo - têm a finalidade de amenizar e/ou solucionar os problemas que confrontam dentro da rede de ensino municipal de Santarém-PA. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This study will reflect on the leading testing of the management of your school while you are studying in the schools in Santarém-Pará. Since the manager is the major responsible for the study of the way of being and doing the school for his peers, finding the best way to defend and apply his educational, social, cultural and political proposals, always with the purpose of guaranteeing in the the role of teachers in their role. In this way, with the purpose of searching, to observe how the manager of the municipal schools in Santarém has been confronted with the difficulties, in developing his pedagogical proposal in the institution where he works. Thus, this research was done through a research open to the managers of the region and the urban area with the objective of collecting information about the study questions. In addition, the meetings that are present daily in the school environment. In analyzing the data, we infer that, according to the results, both the school manager of the river region and the urban area have problems that need to be solved, but are not subject to their administration as managers. For, there are other factors that depend on their capacity to appropriate complexities, and it is essential to have a different perspective for the public power, that the fulfillment fulfills the objectives proposed in article 205 of the Federal Constitution of Brazil of 1988, in front of problematic the managers of the public schools.
