Abstract(s)
A educação democrática infunde o processo de aprendizagem com valores fundamentais de participação e cidadania na sociedade. Esta educação vê os jovens não como receptores passivos do conhecimento, mas, sim, como cocriadores ativos de sua própria aprendizagem. Eles não são os produtos de um sistema educacional, mas, sim, os participantes valorizados em uma comunidade de aprendizado. Trata-se de um processo de educação da sociedade efetivado por meio de atividades educativas, transferindo princípios, regras da Democracia, os conhecimentos sobre direitos humanos e a ideia de coletividade. Para que a cultura da Democracia se torne um modo de vida, é importante que os indivíduos estejam em um ambiente em que esta cultura seja inserida, ainda nas idades muito iniciais, pois os modos e as atitudes do ambiente escolar interiorizem o sentido de Democracia nas crianças. Assim, o objetivo de uma escola não é usar o conhecimento existente, mas criar pessoas que possam produzir novos conhecimentos. Para ensinar a Democracia é importante aplicá-la. Um dos deveres mais importantes das escolas é fazer o aprendizado dos alunos também os valores democráticos. Nesse sentido, o presente projeto de investigação objetivou observar o clima e a cultura organizacionais e suas implicações na gestão democrática no contexto da escola pública. Tal observação foi possível a partir da recolha de dados através de entrevista dialogada e aplicação de questionários para duas categorias de sujeitos (alunos e professores). Adotou-se uma amostra composta por 2 gestoras escolares; 2 Supervisores Escolares, 10 docentes, 40 alunos do Ensino Médio, 10 pais e 4 funcionários. Como espaço do estudo investigativo, escolheu-se uma escola pública do Sistema Municipal de Ensino Fundamental da cidade de São Domingos do Maranhão –Maranhão – Brasil. A aplicação destes instrumentos visou alcançar informações que possibilitem a visualização de que o clima organizacional permite utilizar os estudos indicadores da adequação da gestão democrática num momento determinado no cenário escolar.
The democratic education instills the learning with fundamental valves of participation and citizen ship in the society. This education considers the young ones not like passive receptors of the knowledge, but active co-creators of their own learning. They are not the products of an educational system, but the appreciated participants in a learning community. It deals with an education process of the society carried out by means of educative activities, so transferring principles, rules of democracy, the knowledge about human rights and the idea of collectivity. In order the culture of democracy becomes a way of life it is important that the individuals be into a situation in which this culture be inserted even in. He initial ages, the manners and the attitudes of the school area internalize the meaning of democracy among the present knowledge, but to create peoples who can produce new knowledges. To trade democracy is important to perform it. One of the most important duties of the schools is to make the student’s learning also democratic values. In this way the present project of investigation aims at observing the climate and the organization culture and its involvements in the democratic administrative in the public-school collection of data by means of dialoged interview and applied questionnaires for two categories of persons (students and teachers). It was adopted a sample composited by 2 school mangers, 1 school supervisors, 10 teachers, 40 students of high school, 10 lands and 4 employees. As an investigative area it was chosen a public school of the Fundamental Teaching of the municipality system of the city of São Dominos of Maranhão (Brazil). The applied instruments aimed at getting informations with made possible to observe that the organizational situation permits to use the indicative studies of the democratic management in a determined moment in the school scenery.
