Agressão sexual feminina: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Este artigo apresenta uma revisão sistemática da literatura que examina a agressão sexual feminina, com vista à identificação da prevalência da agressão sexual cometida por mulheres, definição das tipologias de agressão sexual e do tipo de comportamentos associados a esta forma de agressão, quer no panorama nacional e quer no internacional. A pesquisa foi efetuada em três línguas (português, espanhol e inglês), nas seguintes bases de dados eletrónicas: B-ON, Sage, ScienceDirect e PubMed, no período compreendido entre 22 de março e 14 de abril de 2016. Para tal, recorreu-se ao cruzamento das palavras-chave: (female) AND (“sexual offenders”) AND (typologies) AND (prevalence) AND (“sexual offences”) NOT (internet) NOT (homicide). Os oito estudos analisados foram publicados entre 2005 e 2016. As agressoras sexuais femininas apresentam um conjunto de características específicas, nomeadamente quanto à idade de prevalência da agressão, nível de escolaridade, vivência de experiências traumáticas prévias, história de vitimação em adultas e problemas a nível pessoal e socioafetivo. No que respeita às características das vítimas, não se verifica uma concordância quando ao sexo predominante, sendo que no que se refere à idade, estas são maioritariamente crianças ou adolescentes. As agressoras sexuais femininas tendem a utilizar métodos não coercivos, assumindo menos comportamentos predatórios e de violência. Por fim, observa-se um reduzido número de dados relativamente às variáveis jurídico-penais, sabendo-se que a pena pode variar entre suspensa e efetiva. Dada a escassez de investigações deste fenómeno em Portugal, e considerando a existência de domínios por explorar, trata-se de um objeto de estudo algo emergente.
This article presents a systematic review of the literature examining female sexual aggression with a view to identifying the prevalence of sexual aggression committed by women, defining typologies of sexual aggression and the type of behavior associated with these forms of aggression, both in the national and internationally scene. The research was carried out in three languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English) in the following electronic databases: B-ON, Sage, ScienceDirect and PubMed, between March 22 and April 14, 2016. For this purpose, we crossword of keywords: ("Sexual offenders") AND ("sexual offenses") NOT (internet) NOT (homicide). The eight studies analyzed were published between 2005 and 2016. Female sexual aggressors present a set of specific characteristics, namely regarding the age of prevalence of the aggression, level of schooling, experience of previous traumatic experiences, history of victimization in adults and problems at the personal and socio-affective level. With regard to the characteristics of the victims, there is no concordance when the predominant sex, and in relation to age, these are mostly children or adolescents. Female sex offenders tend to use non-coercive methods, assuming less predatory behavior and violence. Finally, a small number of data regarding the legal-penal variables is observed, knowing that the penalty can vary between suspended and effective. Given the scarcity of investigations of this phenomenon in Portugal, and considering the existence of areas to explore, it is a somewhat emerging study object.
