| dc.description.abstract | Introdução: A lesão do LCA causa instabilidade anteroposterior e rotacional do joelho. O objetivo principal do trabalho é incluir no diagnóstico das ruturas do LCA um dispositivo para quantificação das instabilidades anteroposterior e rotacional, e comparar os resultados obtidos entre o joelho com lesão do LCA e o contralateral saudável. Metodologia: Avaliação de 10 joelhos com rutura total do LCA e o joelho contralateral saudável com o Porto-knee Testing Device (PKTD), em simultâneo com ressonância magnética. Resultados e Conclusão: Verificou-se um aumento estatisticamente significativo em todos os parâmetros relacionados com a laxidez anteroposterior e rotatória, para o joelho com rutura do ligamento cruzado anterior, em comparação com o joelho saudável. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: The ACL injury causes anteroposterior and rotatory instability of the knee. The main goal of the sudy is to include a device in the ACL ruptures diagnosis and compare the results between the knee with ACL injury and the healthy contralateral knee. Methodology: Evaluation of 10 knees with total ACL rupture and the healthy contralateral knee with Porto-knee Testing Device (PKTD), simultaneously with MRI. Results and Conclusion: There was statistically significant increases in all anteroposterior and rotational laxity related parameters for the knee with ACL rupture in comparison with the healthy knee. | |
