| dc.description.abstract | A dissertação apresentada consiste numa abordagem à criminalidade feminina, nomeadamente no que respeita à atuação do sistema de justiça. O estudo científico desta temática é ainda insuficiente e pouco preciso, gerando alguma preocupação. Com base num enquadramento teórico que explora os fatores históricos inerentes ao aparecimento desta criminalidade, e as características de género, que moldam a forma de atuação do sistema, a presente investigação pretende explorar e descrever a perceção dos operadores judiciários face ao crime feminino. Desta forma participaram no estudo dez profissionais de justiça diretamente ligados ao fenómeno. Optou-se por utilizar uma metodologia qualitativa, através da utilização da técnica da entrevista, acompanhada por um guião devidamente concebido, de forma a responder às questões de investigação. Os resultados obtidos mostram que as mulheres cada vez mais procuram oportunidades de reconhecimento no crime, onde a sua inclusão é cada vez mais crescente, igualando-se em certos aspetos ao homem. Os papéis de género estabelecidos que continuam a refletir o domínio andrógeno, e a falta de consciência global do fenómeno, proporcionam grandes obstáculos e desigualdades na intervenção ao crime. Com base nos dados analisados, entende-se a necessidade de adaptar o sistema e simultaneamente sensibilizar a sociedade às mudanças no crime, de forma a ser possível o seu combate eficaz. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation consists in an approach to female criminality, namely as regards to the performance of the criminal justice system. The scientific study in this thematic is still not enough and it´s inacurate generating some concern. Based on a theoretical framework that explores the historical factors inherent in the onset of this type of criminality and taking into account the gender characteristics that shape the way of acting of the system, the present investigation has the objective of exploring and describing the perception of the judiciary technicians about the female crime. In this way, 10 professionals of the area of justice connected directly to the phenomenon participated in the study. It was decided that a qualitative methodology was the best way to go, through the use of the interview technique, accompanied by a properly design script in order to answer the research questions.The obtained results show that women are increasingly looking for recognition opportunities where their inclusion is more and more, matching in certain aspects on man opportunities. Established gender roles, which continue to reflect male prominence and a lack of global awareness of the phenomenon, provide great difficulties and inequities in intervention to crime. Based on analytical data, it´s understood the necessity of system adaptation and simultaneously society sensibilization to crime changes so that it is possible to fight crime in a efective way. | pt_PT |
