Abstract(s)
O abuso sexual de crianças é algo preocupante para a nossa sociedade. Algo alarmante, é o facto do desconhecimento em relação ao pormenor da idade de 14 anos. Crianças com idade inferior à mencionada, podem sofrer de abuso sexual sem que percebam isso. Por vezes, elas podem consumar o ato por vontade própria, mas estas crianças não têm a capacidade para poder compreender o que tal situação envolve e não possuem a aptidão de compreender tal fenómeno. Nestes casos, falar sobre o povo de etnia cigana é de extrema importância, pois este tipo de situação é proporcionada devido à sua cultura. Com este projeto de graduação pretende-se prevenir esta problemática, mas mais importante ainda, deseja-se conceder visibilidade para tal fenómeno que é de certa forma descartado pela sociedade devido ao fator cultura. Compreende-se que este fator é algo relevante mas não se pode esquecer que as crianças merecem ser protegidas e estes casos colocam em causa o desenvolvimento das mesmas. A presente investigação, dá enfâse à perspetiva dos técnicos que trabalham com esta problemática, sendo um ponto de partida para se conseguir realizar uma intervenção nestas situações. Para tal, propõe-se um método qualitativo, com recurso a uma entrevista, que será realizada aos técnicos. É expectável que os técnicos vejam este fenómeno como algo que não é correto, pois estes, devido à sua profissão, defendem a promoção e proteção dos direitos das crianças e esta problemática é vista como uma violação dos mesmos. O abuso sexual de menores neste contexto é algo que tem que ser combatido.
The sexual abuse of children is something of concern to our society. Something disturbing, is the fact that ignorance in regard to the detail of the age of 14 years. Children under the mentioned, may suffer from sexual abuse without ever knowing it. Sometimes they can consummate the Act willingly, but these kids don't have the ability to be able to understand what this involves and lacks the ability to understand such a phenomenon. In these cases, talk about the Roma people is of utmost importance, because this kind of situation is provided because of your culture. With this graduation project is intended to prevent this problem, but more importantly, you want to grant visibility to such phenomenon is somewhat thrown by the society due to the crop factor. It is understandable that this factor is something relevant but it must not be forgotten that children deserve to be protected and these cases put into question the development of the same. The present research, gives emphasis to the perspective of the technicians working with this issue, being a starting point to perform an intervention in these situations. To this end, it proposes a qualitative method, an interview, which will be held to technicians. It is expected that the technicians see this phenomenon as something that is not correct, because these, due to your profession, advocate the promotion and protection of the rights of the child and this problem is seen as a violation of the same. The sexual abuse of minors in this context is something that has to be fought.
