| dc.description.abstract | Atualmente verificam-se mudanças paradigmáticas referentes ao foco de enfermagem em saúde materna e em cuidados de saúde primários. Temos cada vez mais o pai como papel preponderante e foco de atenção dos cuidados. Cada vez mais se percebe, e se estuda a importância do mesmo para e na gravidez. A metodologia utilizada no presente estudo enquadra-se numa revisão sistemática, no qual foram analisados artigos integralmente 10 artigos, que dão resposta aos objetivos predefinidos. Compete ao enfermeiro adotar estratégias para informar, apoiar e cuidar em todas as fazes do ciclo vital, oferecendo conforto emocional e promovendo continuamente o bem-estar biopsicossocial dos envolvidos. Salienta-se que dentro dos fatores facilitadores para que haja uma gravidez saudável, incluem-se a motivação e o interesse por parte dos profissionais de saúde em auxiliar o próximo. Em suma, os resultados obtidos comprovam a significância desta área de intervenção de enfermagem e a necessidade emergente de mudar comportamentos, investindo cada vez mais na investigação, de modo, a alcançar o maior número de evidencias e estimulando assim, o cuidado centrado na família quando deparados com transições de vida. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | There are now paradigmatic changes regarding the focus of nursing in maternal health and in primary care. We have more and more the father as the preponderant role and focus of attention of the care. It is increasingly perceived, and the importance of it is studied for and in pregnancy. The methodology used in the present study is part of a systematic review, in which articles were analyzed in full 10 articles, which meet the predefined objectives. It is the responsibility of the nurse to adopt strategies to inform, support and care in all stages of the life cycle, offering emotional comfort and continuosly promoting the biopsychosocial well-being of those involved. It should be noted that within the facilitating factors for a healthy pregnancy, the motivation and the interest of the health professionals in assisting the next one are included. In conclusion, the results obtained prove the significance of this area of nursing intervention and the emerging need to change behaviours, investing more and more in research, in order to reach the greatest number of evidences and thus stimulating family-centered care when faced with life transitions. | pt_PT |
