Abstract(s)
A adolescência é um período de transição da infância para a vida adulta, que é caracterizado por mudanças significativas a nível biológico, social e cognitivo. Os jovens são seres vulneráveis que estão expostos a um elevado número de fatores que podem ser considerados favoráveis à prática de comportamentos delinquentes. Avaliando os fatores influenciadores das práticas delituosas, bem como as práticas educacionais em contexto de Centro Educativo, o presente projeto de graduação visa desenvolver uma investigação, através de uma entrevista semiestruturada aos jovens institucionalizados bem como aos profissionais que todos os dias trabalham com eles, de forma a perceber a eficácia das práticas educacionais, bem como quais os fatores maioritariamente influenciadores para a prática de atos considerados pela lei penal como crime, praticados por jovens até aos 16 anos de idade.
Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood, which is characterized by significant changes at the biological, social and cognitive levels. Young people are vulnerable beings who are exposed to a large number of factors that can be considered favorable to the practice of delinquent behaviors. Evaluating the influencing factors of criminal practices, as well as educational practices in the context of an Educational Center, the present graduation project aims to develop an investigation, through a semi-structured interview with institutionalized young people as well as the professionals who work with them every day, in order to understand the effectiveness of educational practices, as well as the factors that mainly influence the practice of acts considered by criminal law as a crime, practiced by young people up to 16 years of age.
