Com a execução do trabalho intitulado “Rede Local de Intervenção Social (RLIS): Abordagem às Novas Políticas Sociais” pretendemos dar a conhecer a forma como o Estado, com o intuito de colmatar as necessidades da população, se compromete a organizar, coordenar e subsidiar novas formas de intervenção descentralizadas, de forma a aproximar os seus serviços à comunidade, envolvendo os parceiros sociais na prossecução de objetivos comuns. Assim, como resultado da vontade efetiva para a implementação e execução das políticas sociais ativas, surge a Rede Local de Intervenção Social (RLIS), que se traduz numa nova forma de intervenção no âmbito do atendimento e acompanhamento social.
Relativamente à metodologia usada no que à pesquisa diz respeito, esta seguiu uma abordagem qualitativa resultante da análise interpretativa da bibliografia existente, bem como da legislação que regulamenta a criação, implementação e efetiva operacionalização do projeto, garantindo que as fontes de informação fossem fidedignas, que salvaguardassem o definido pelas normas comunitárias e a sua aplicação no âmbito nacional.
The work entitled “Local network of social intervention (RLIS): approach to new social politics” aims to report how the Portuguese state, with the intention of minimizing the population necessities, is planning to organize, coordinate and subsidize new ways of decentralized intervention, in order to bring the services closer to the community by involving social partners. As a result of the implementation and execution of the active social politics, the RLIS was created as a new guideline for social service and monitoring. The methodology used for research was based on a qualitative analysis of the existing bibliography, as well as the existing legislation for the creation, implementation and the effective application of the Project, guaranteeing the veracity of all the sources used and that all national and EU regulations were fulfilled.
