Este projeto visa analisar e compreender as etapas de elaboração de uma estratégia de E-mail Marketing, o qual está relacionado com a componente do Marketing Digital. Desta forma, o objetivo principal é descrever, primeiramente, numa parte teórica, os passos de uma estratégia de E-mail Marketing e, em seguida, numa parte prática, exemplificar como estes passos foram aplicados num caso de estudo da empresa Peixinho da Lota, com a utilização da ferramenta E-goi. O E-mail marketing desempenha um papel estratégico no marketing digital, permitindo que as empresas se conectem com o seu público-alvo de maneira personalizada e relevante. Ao adotar uma estratégia bem planeada, segmentar a lista de contactos e monitorizar os resultados, as empresas podem colher os benefícios dessa poderosa ferramenta para alcançar o sucesso nas suas iniciativas de Marketing.
This project aims to understand and analyze the stages of elaboration of an E-mail Marketing strategy that is related to the Digital Marketing component. In this way, the main objective is to demonstrate, firstly, in a theoretical part, all the steps of an E-mail Marketing strategy and, secondly, in a practical part, to apply and explain how these steps of the strategy were applied and elaborated in the case study, Peixinho da Lota. Email marketing plays a strategic role in digital marketing, allowing companies to connect with their target audience in a personalized and relevant way. By adopting a well-planned strategy, segmenting the contact list and monitoring the results, companies can reap the benefits of this powerful tool to achieve success in their Marketing initiatives.
