Violência no namoro: uma proposta de formação para agentes da polícia municipal

Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como tema principal a violência no namoro assim como as reflexões em torno desse tema. São apresentadas várias reflexões sobre a violência no namoro e apresentadas várias teorias por parte de variados autores que com ideias semelhantes ou díspares procuram complementar este trabalho da forma mais sucinta.
Ao longo do documento serão apresentadas reflexões científicas acerca da definição de violência no namoro; o enquadramento legal no nosso país; os tipos de violência exercidos pelos pares; a natureza da violência desses atos; a importância da prevenção da violência nas relações amorosas por parte dos jovens; violência de género na intimidade sexual; fatores de risco para a violência nas relações de namoro.
A literatura, ao longo do trabalho demostra que a maior parte dos programas e reflexões apresentadas têm resultado e evidenciam efeitos positivos.
Como forma de combate e maior resposta ao problema existente da violência no namoro, neste projeto foi planificado um programa com o objetivo de dotar a Polícia Municipal para uma primeira intervenção para com a vítima, sendo esta uma força de segurança mais próxima da população.
The present work has as main theme the dating violence in the courtship as well as the reflections around this theme. Several reflections on dating violence are presented and various theories presented by various authors who with similar or disparate ideas try to complement this work in the most succinct way. Throughout the document will be presented scientific reflections about the definition of dating violence; the legal framework in our country; types of violence by peers; the nature of the violence of these acts; the importance of preventing violence in young people's relationships; gender violence in sexual intimacy; risk factors for violence in dating relationships. The literature, throughout the work shows that most of the programs and reflections presented have resulted and show positive effects. As a form of combat and greater response to the existing problem of conjugal violence, in this project a program was planned with the objective of equipping the Municipal Police for an initial intervention with the victim, being this one a security force closer to the population.
