Esta dissertação, cujo título retrata a violência doméstica contra a mulher e suas implicações familiares, apresenta a violência contra a mulher no que tange a agressão física ou psicológica que não tem afetado somente a vítima, mas também seus filhos que presenciam um contexto de muita violência, mesmo que essa seja psicológica. Infelizmente, a alienação e a supressão dos direitos da criança e do adolescente que vivenciam esse cenário de agressividade têm ocorrido cada vez mais nas cenas retratadas pelas vítimas. Diante desses fatos, buscou-se analisar como a violência doméstica contra a mulher interferem no desenvolvimento dos filhos. Em resposta aos questionamentos levantados, utilizou-se como método investigativo o estudo de caso em uma clínica de apoio às mulheres vítimas de mãos tratos que é localizada na cidade de Montes Claros, no estado de Minas Gerais/Brasil. Participaram da pesquisa, cerca de seis mulheres entre 24 a 41 anos, vítima de seus companheiros. Foi utilizado como instrumento de coleta de dados um guião de entrevista semiestruturada. Os resultados apontaram que a violência contra as mulheres afetam diretamente na formação de seus filhos. Crianças e adolescentes tem crescido com problemas psicológicos e cognitivos ao vivenciarem muitas vezes, as violências físicas e psicológicas sofridas pelas suas mães.Diante o exposto se faz necessário a efetivação de ações que visam combater todos os crimes que envolvem tanto as mulheres quanto seus filhos, no contexto familiar.
This dissertation, whose title portrays domestic violence against women and their family implications, presents violence against women in relation to physical or psychological aggression that has not only affected the victim, but also their children who witness a context of much violence , even if it is psychological. Unfortunately, the alienation and suppression of the rights of children and adolescents who experience this scenario of aggression have occurred more and more in the scenes portrayed by the victims. In the face of these facts, we sought to analyze how domestic violence against women interferes with child rearing. In response to the questions raised, the case study was used as an investigative method in a clinic to support women victims of hands-on treatment that is located in the city of Montes Claros, in the state of Minas Gerais / Brazil. About six women between the ages of 24 and 41, a victim of their comrades, participated in the study. A questionnaire used to guide the interview was used as a data collection instrument. The results pointed out that violence against women directly affect the training of their children. Children and adolescents have grown up with psychological and cognitive problems when experiencing many times the physical and psychological violence suffered by their mothers.
