Abstract(s)
O presente projeto de intervenção intitulado de A inserção dos jovens egressos do Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego (PRONATEC) dos cursos técnicos no Mercado de trabalho: o caso do IFMA em São Luís MA versa sobre a conjuntura para o Desenvolvimento Socioeconômico Brasileiro e o Mercado de Trabalho no contexto educativo. Aborda-se uma breve história econômica e política da Educação Profissional e suas nuances com a criação dos Institutos Federais no século XXI e a política pública do PRONATEC. Assim, também com o desenvolvimento baseado na sustentabilidade como evidência das políticas públicas. Demonstra-se a evolução do conceito de desenvolvimento. Demonstra-se a exigência do envolvimento do governo e da comunidade no desenvolvimento sustentável, bem como a concepção de Desenvolvimento Local Integrado Sustentável. Discorre-se um estudo empírico com a finalidade de conhecer a inserção dos alunos oriundo dos cursos técnicos profissionalizantes no mercado de trabalho em São Luís (MA) sob o olhar dos discentes/jovens, dos professores e gestores do PRONATEC. Portanto, surge como proposta de intervenção para melhoria, foi feito um diagnóstico no IFMA/CESJO sobre Arranjos Produtivos Locais – APLs como incubadora empreendedora inclusiva. Este estudo realizado em uma escola pública federal do Estado do Maranhão tendo como opção metodológica um estudo de caso qualitativo exploratório com o uso de inquérito por questionário online. Apresenta-se o resultado deste projeto a conscientização dos obstáculos e as dificuldades impeditivas da inserção no mercado de trabalho no setor de logística, como as reduzidas oportunidades para progredir na carreira ou no seu desenvolvimento profissional na capital maranhense.
The present intervention project entitled The insertion of young PRONATEC graduates from the technical courses in the labor market: the IFMA case in São Luís MA is about the conjuncture for the Brazilian Socioeconomic Development and the Labor Market in the educational context. It addresses a brief economic and political history of Professional Education and its nuances with the creation of the Federal Institutes in the XXI century and PRONATEC public policy. Thus, also with sustainability-based development as evidence of public policies. The evolution of the concept of development is demonstrated. It demonstrates the need for government and community involvement in sustainable development, as well as the concept of Sustainable Local Integrated Development. An empirical study is carried out with the purpose of knowing the insertion of the students coming from the vocational technical courses in the labor market in São Luís (MA) under the eyes of the students / youth, teachers and managers of PRONATEC. Therefore, as a proposal for intervention for improvement, a diagnosis was made in IFMA / CESJO on Local Productive Arrangements - APLs as an inclusive entrepreneurial incubator. This study was carried out at a federal public school in the state of Maranhão, having as methodological option a qualitative exploratory case study with the use of an online questionnaire survey. The result of this project is the awareness of the obstacles and the impediments impeding the insertion in the labor market in the logistics sector, such as the reduced opportunities for career advancement or professional development in the capital of Maranhão.
