Abstract(s)
O presente estudo busca conhecer as expectativas de pais/encarregados de educação e alunos sobre a transição da escola para a vida adulta. Verificar as possibilidades da implementação de um programa de transição para a vida pós-escolar em Limeira, voltado aos alunos com NE matriculados na EJA. Também caracterizar as adaptações necessárias à sua execução de acordo com a realidade local e o contexto social em que os alunos da EJA com NE estão inseridos.
A pesquisa foi aplicada em 3 grupos de participantes, todos envolvidos direta ou indiretamente nos assuntos da educação e às práticas de inclusão do município de Limeira/SP. Quanto à metodologia, optou-se por uma pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando como instrumento de recolha de dados, entrevistas semiestruturadas aplicadas a 3 grupos de participantes, totalizando 40 pessoas.
Concluiu-se que há um interesse por parte da comunidade escolar, os jovens, a equipe técnica da educação na implementação de um programa de transição que supre as necessidades dos mesmos nesse processo. Mas, no que tange ao interesse do poder público em face dessa demanda, infelizmente ela não consta como prioridade para o município, levando a responsabilidade para a Rede Estadual de ensino, o que reforça a dificuldade em promoverem políticas públicas para esse grupo específico de alunos.
Assim, espera-se que com esse estudo, possamos contribuir para o processo de compreensão e valorização dos alunos com NE, que vivenciam o processo de transição entre a escola e o mercado de trabalho.
The present study seeks to know the expectations of parents/guardians and students about the transition from school to adulthood. Check the possibilities of implementing a transitionto Post-School Life Program in Limeira, aimed at students with NE enrolled in EJA. Also characterize the adaptations necessary for its execution according to the local reality and the social context in which EJA students with NE are inserted. The research was applied to 3 groups of participants, all directly or indirectly involved in the subjects of education and inclusion practices in the municipality of Limeira/SP. As for the methodology, we opted for a qualitative research, using as a data collection instrument, semistructured interviews applied to 3 groups of participants, totaling 40 people. It was concluded that there is an interest on the part of the school community, the young people, the technical team of education in the implementation of a transition program that meets their needs in this process. But, with regard to the interest of the public power in the face of this demand, unfortunalety it is not a priority for the municipality, taking responsability for the State Education Network, which reinforces the difficulty in promoting public policies for this specific group of students. Thus, it is expected that with this study, we will be able to contribute to the process of understanding and valuing students with NE, who experience the transition process between school and the labor market.
