Com este trabalho, pretende-se apresentar uma análise dos processos-crime de jogo ilegal, nos distritos de Braga, Viana do Castelo e Vila Real, através de uma revisão bibliográfica e de um projeto de estudo. Na parte da revisão bibliográfica, apresentar-se-á uma definição de conceitos, seguido de um enquadramento legal do jogo, onde se irá apresentar o jogo visto de uma forma jurídica. Seguir-se-á um ponto acerca do controlo social do jogo e uma apresentação de estudos acerca do jogo ilegal. Na segunda parte, a parte do projeto de estudo, terá como objetivo principal traçar um perfil encontrado nos processos-crime de jogo ilegal, nos diferentes distritos, caracterizando e comparando-os entre si.
With this work, we intend to present an analysis of the criminal illegal gambling processes, in the districts of Braga, Viana do Castelo and Vila Real, through a bibliographical review and a study project. In the part of the bibliographic review, a definition of concepts will be presented, followed by a legal framework of the game, where the game will be presented in a legal way. It will follow a point about the social control of the game and a presentation of studies about illegal gambling. In the second part, the main objective of the study project will be to trace a profile found in the illegal gambling crime processes in the different districts, characterizing and comparing them with each other.
