Abstract(s)
Entrepreneurship has always been the main pillar of any world economy that aims at results. It turns out that, due to the various recessions and uncertainties that often hang over the global market, the insecurity in undertaking still annihilates countless opportunities for successful ventures. The lack of educational preparation in practical and everyday matters regarding the management of the entrepreneurial scenario also makes it difficult to consolidate this culture, especially in third world countries. In this sense, the work portrays the importance of fostering entrepreneurial education as a public policy tool for the emergence of new businesses (physical or digital - startups), as well as the Brazilian scenario in empirical aspects for those who wish to undertake in the country. To this end, the research was based on articles that guide the theoretical part on topics related to entrepreneurial education and, mainly, on the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) Executive Report, in partnership with the Brazilian Institute for Productivity Quality (IBQP) and the SEBRAE (Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service) that assessed the national level of entrepreneurial activity in Brazil in 2019.
