  • Programa breve de sensibilização/prevenção da violência no namoro

    A violência nas relações de namoro, à semelhança da violência conjugal, tem vindo a adquirir grande visibilidade científica e social, sendo já considerada um problema social para o qual urgem respostas atempadas e eficazes. Assim sendo e a partir da revisão da literatura neste domínio, foi possível perceber que a cultura de prevenção nesta área só agora começa a dar os primeiros passos, contrariamente àquilo que se verifica ao nível internacional, onde esta prática tem vindo a apresentar resultados extremamente positivos. Com este projeto de graduação, propõe-se a elaboração e implementação de um programa breve de sensibilização dirigido a jovens adolescentes e em que se procurará essencialmente intervir ao nível das atitudes. È ainda nosso objetivo a avaliação do impacto deste programa, motivo pelo qual se procederá à realização de um pré-teste e um pós-teste, existindo ainda um grupo de controlo que permita um controlo mais efetiva nas mudanças verificadas no grupo experimental. Com este programa é expectável uma modificação das atitudes dos jovens face ao problema da violência nas relações de namoro. Finalizar-se-á com uma reflexão crítica deste programa, procurando-se delinear pistas para a investigação futura nesta área. Violence in dating relationships, like the marital violence, has gained high profile scientific and social, therefore being already considered a social problem for which urge timely and effective responses. And from the literature review in this area, it was revealed that the culture of prevention only now beginning to take the first steps, contrary to what occurs at the international level, where this practice has been showing extremely positive results. With this graduation project, we propose the design and implementation of an awareness program intended at young teenagers and that mainly seek to intervene at the level of attitudes. It is still our aim to assess the impact of this program, which is why whether it will carry out a pre-test and post-test, and there is a control group that enables a more effective control on changes in the experimental group. With this program is expected a change of the attitudes of young people towards the problem of violence in dating relationships. To complete, it will be done a critical reflection of the program seeking to outline avenues for future research in this area.
