Abstract(s)
A falta de motivação pode ser um dos principais factores principais que impactam negativamente no desempenho do colaborador. Em Angola muitas empresas, infelizmente, não realizam políticas e ações voltadas à motivação, principalmente em empresas públicas, como é o caso do Organismo escolhido para ser objeto de estudo. Através do estudo foi possível identificar que o ministério estudado não realiza políticas e ações voltadas à motivação, que os seus funcionários estão desmotivados e que as principais causas estão relacionadas à remuneração e falta de reconhecimento. A falta de motivação pode impactar negativamente no desempenho dos colaboradores, tornando-se um grande desafio gerir qualquer actividade, quando o trabalho perde o sentido para ele.
A falta de motivação é um problema sério em Angola, as lideranças deve repensarem a forma de actuação, para melhorar o ambiente organizacional. Como já foi referido acima, as instituições publicas angola, não possuem métodos de valorização de funcionários. Deixam estes cada vez mais desmotivados. E não existem também incentivos para os funcionários no que tange a seguro de saúde, formação e remuneração, que por vez não é compatível com o tempo de serviço, nível de escolaridade e funções.
O presente trabalho mostra os factores que influenciam a motivação dos trabalhadores do Ministério. Para isso, foram utilizadas pesquisa bibliográfica, quantitativa e o estudo de caso. O instrumento foi um questionário aplicado a setenta funcionários do Ministério. O presente trabalho também centra-se no segmento restrito dessa realidade que se focaliza na Motivação. O objecto da investigação é o Ministério da Geologia e Minas em Angola, como instrumento de investigação foi usado um inquérito, cujas questões decorreram do acervo conceptual patente na literatura. Concluiu-se que a avaliação da motivação é simétrica à avaliação da recompensa e que a liderança apresenta um perfil aproximado à média geral, analisados os dados em função das categorias das variáveis sociodemográficas, foi possível concluir que em múltiplas instâncias, elas condicionam e sobre determinam os resultados globais.
Lack of motivation may be one of the main factors that negatively impact employee performance. In Angola, many companies, unfortunately, do not carry out policies and actions focused on motivation, especially in public companies, as is the case of the Organism chosen to be the object of study. Through the study it was possible to identify that the ministry does not perform policies and actions motivated, that its employees are unmotivated and that the main causes are related to the remuneration and lack of recognition. Lack of motivation can negatively impact employee performance, making it a great challenge to manage any activity when work loses its meaning. Lack of motivation is a serious problem in Angola, leaders must rethink the way of acting, to improve the organizational environment. As mentioned above, the Angolan public institutions do not have methods of valuing civil servants. They leave them more and more unmotivated. And there are also no insecurities for employees in health insurance, training and remuneration, which at the time is not compatible with length of service, level of education and functions. The present study shows the factors that influence the motivation of the Ministry workers. For this, the bibliographic, quantitative research and the case study were used. The instrument was a questionnaire applied to seventy employees of the Ministry. The present work also focuses on the restricted segment of this reality that focuses on Motivation. The object of the investigation is the Ministry of Geology and Mines in Angola. As an investigative instrument, a survey was used, whose questions were derived from the conceptual collection patent in the literature. It was concluded that the evaluation of the motivation is symmetrical to the evaluation of the reward and that the leadership presents an approximate profile to the general average, analyzed the data according to the categories of the sociodemographic variables, it was possible to conclude that in multiple instances, they condition and over determine the overall results.
