O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar determinados aspectos inerentes aos acordos, convenções e protocolos firmados entre os membros da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa CPLP, além do volume de recursos financeiros atribuídos à comunidade, enquanto tais fatores são considerados eixos materiais que refletem o nível de legitimidade dos processos de integração regional. Ademais, foram analisados alguns aspectos econômicos estruturais da CPLP, mais especificamente, o desenvolvimento de uma cooperação económica baseada na valorização das potencialidades existentes e a flexibilização da mobilidade dos cidadãos dos Países Membros no espaço da comunidade.
The objective of this study was to evaluate some aspects inherent in the agreements, conventions and protocols signed by the members of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries CPLP, in addition to the amount of financial resources allocated to the community, while these factors are considered as material axes that reflect the level of legitimacy of the regional integration processes. Furthermore, some structural economic aspects of the CPLP were analyzed, more specifically, the development of economic cooperation based on the valorization of the existing potentialities and the flexibility of the citizens mobility of the member countries in the space of the community.
