Introduction: The need to ensure equitable access to rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy has driven the search dor viable alternatives to the traditional in-person model. Objective: To analyse the impacto f telerehabilitation on the occupational performance of children with cerebral palsy, as well as the level of satisfaction of their parents/caregivers. Methodology: A non-inferiority experimental study was conducted with 19 children (13 receiving in person therapy and 6 undergoing telerehabilitation), aged between 1 and 6 years. The variables were assesses using the Canadian Ocupational Performance Measure (COPM). Significant improvements were observed in performance (p=0,027) and satisfaction (p=0,001) in both groups, with more pronounced gains in the telerehabilitation groups in performance (p=0,039) and satisfaction (p=0,025). A positive correlation was also found between performance and satisfactio (p<0,001). It is concluded that telerehabilitation is na effective and viable approach capable of promoting functional gains and increased satisfaction among families.
