As reabilitações estéticas podem ter um impacto significativo nos indivíduos que realizam esses tratamentos. É por isso que a passagem por uma fase de temporização incluindo no estabelecimento de um mock-up pode ser necessária. Este trabalho tem por objetivo realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre o uso do mock-up indireto com a contribuição do DSD, identificando a abordagem da harmonia estética do sorriso, as técnicas de mock-up a as vantagens do DSD. Para a realização desta dissertação foi feita uma pesquisa bibliográfica nos sites da Pubmed, B-ON, Google Scholar, de artigos selecionados entre 2000 e 2019 e nas línguas francesa, portuguesa, inglesa e polonesa. Pode concluir-se que as reabilitações estéticas são construídas em torno da comunicação entre pacientes, profissionais e prótesicos, então o uso do mock-up indireto com o uso de tecnologias digitais parece ser uma boa alternativa para realizar reabilitações estéticas.

This work aims to perform a literature review on the use of indirect mock-up with the contribution of DSD, identifying the smile's aesthetic harmony approach, mock-up techniques and the advantages of DSD. For the accomplishment of this dissertation a bibliographic research was made in the sites of Pubmed, B-ON, Google Scholar, of articles selected between 2000 and 2019 and in the French, Portuguese, English and Polish languages. It can be concluded that aesthetic rehabilitations are built around the communication between patients, professionals and prosthetists, so the use of indirect mock-up by the use of digital technologies seems to be a great alternative to carry out protetic aesthetic projects.
