Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho vem abordar sobre as Organizações Não Governamentais - ONGs que cada vez mais tem um crescimento de desenvolvimento no país e no mundo, onde percebe-se que sua função é de resgatar valores, propiciar uma formação cidadã, modificar linhas de pensamento social e de enfrentamento aos descasos que o Estado não é capaz de amenizar e assumindo então um papel relevante na sociedade contemporânea. Com a expansão visível das ONGs no contexto atual aumenta também os interesses das pessoas de ingressarem no universo de trabalho das ONGs, movidas por uma dedicação a causas sociais, mas também de obter reconhecimento pessoal e profissional pelo exercício de um trabalho que lhes faça sentido, na ajuda ao próximo. Todavia, essa evolução das ONGs traz desafios, assim como a necessidade de se adotarem práticas e procedimentos de gestão para atrair, desenvolver e reter profissionais competentes e mobilizados, com a finalidade de obter resultados efetivos em suas ações. O presente estudo tem por objetivo de conhecer as transformações obtidas pela ONG localizada no interior do Ceará, precisamente no município de Paracuru, através do Projeto Educação: Essa é nossa praia, que oferta atividades educacionais, sociais, profissionalizantes e esportivas, com atendimento as comunidades vulneravéis com pouco acesso ou facilidade para ampliar o cognitivo e senso critico. Através de uma investigação metodologica pode-se perceber que o INCAF (Instituto de Integração e Capacitação da Família) na qual o projeto está inserido e é o objeto de pesquisa, mostra a atuação transformadora na qualidade de vida, verificando suas ações praticadas juntamente com as comunidades carentes refletindo nas mudanças na comunidade na qual a sociedade está inserida. O trabalho divide-se desde a fundação das primeiras ONGS, a história e evolução, suas atuações, o mercado de trabalho, seus objetivos, os públicos em que estão inseridas até conhecer a origem do INCAF e o Projeto por ele criado, como expor as transformações obtidas em todos os participantes inseridos. Observando ainda os elementos motivacionais dos parceiros, que se situam com o princípio da solidariedade e seus objetivos estratégicos. Conclui-se que o crescimento, induzido, dessas Organizações Não Governamentais, revela uma significação reduzida da atuação do Estado, por outro lado viabiliza predominantemente algo positivo na sociedade expandindo a procura da sociedade por este tipo de instituição.
The present addresses Non-Governmental Organizations - NGOs that increasingly have a growth of development in the country and in the world, where it is perceived that their function is to rescue values, provide a citizen formation, modify lines of social thought and facing the neglect that the State is not able to alleviate and assuming a relevant role in contemporary society. With the visible expansion of NGOs in the current context, the interest of people to join the workforce of NGOs is also increasing, driven by a dedication to social causes, but also to obtain personal and professional recognition for the exercise of work that makes sense to them, in helping others. However, this evolution of NGOs brings challenges, as well as the need to adopt management practices and procedures to attract, develop and retain competent and mobilized professionals, in order to obtain effective results in their actions. This study aims to understand the transformations obtained by the NGO located in the interior of Ceará precisely in the municipality of Paracuru, through the Education Project: This is our beach, which offers educational, social, and professional and sports activities, serving vulnerable communities with little access or ease to expand cognitive and critical sense. Through a methodological investigation it can be seen that the INCAF (Family Integration and Training Institute) in which the project is inserted and is the object of research, shows the transformative performance in the quality of life, verifying its actions practiced together with the needy communities reflecting changes in the community in which society is inserted. The work has been divided since the foundation of the first NGOs, history and evolution, their activities, the job market, their objectives, the audiences in which they are inserted until they know the origin of INCAF and the Project created by it, how to expose the transformations obtained in all inserted participants. Also observing the motivational elements of the partners, which are located with the principle of solidarity and its strategic objectives. It is concluded that the induced growth of these Non-Governmental Organizations reveals a reduced significance of the State's action, on the other hand it makes predominantly something positive in society expanding the society's demand for this type of institution.
