Abstract(s)
Próximo do colapso,
No
é enorme, alterando, portanto, a face do planeta tal
propondo o resultado do projecto, o nosso universo construí-
do, como um organismo ecossistémico.
We, as a civilization, are witnessing today a profound global change on a variety of scales and levels, facing a huge shift of our physical, technological and cultural world. On the edge of collapse, the planet is dealing with an unbalance of energies and forces with repercussions on all ecosystems and biomes. Some scientific thesis defend a point of no return, others defend a natural cycle, not so alarming. Both agree on the change taking place, turning it into an undeniable fact. The most visible consequence is global warming, still a controversial theme, but nonetheless already measured and testified by scientific methods. When the temperature changes the cause and effect on ecosystems is huge, therefore changing the face of the planet as we know it. This work establishes and points a possible position of the architect facing these paradigm shifts and through the use of digital technology as a way to better understand and design with the natural principles proposing the project outcome, our built universe as an ecosystemic organism.
