Abstract(s)
Ao verificar as principais etapas do processo de implantação da governança corporativa
em um escritório de advocacia, foi possível avaliar através de um mapeamento de
processos as necessidades da empresa quanto a aderência aos princípios da governança.
Tendo consciência de uma mudança completa no seu modelo de gestão, a organização
buscou por meio de um trabalho de consultoria para implantar a governança corporativa.
O estudo tem os objetivos de identificar a aderência da organização pelos princípios de
governança, avaliar as principais etapas do projeto de implantação e identificar os
principais desafios na visão dos sócios para a implantação do modelo. Na primeira etapa
foram aplicados dois questionários com perguntas abertas, o primeiro para o sócio
majoritário e mais antigo da organização no intuito de recolher de maneira qualitativa as
principais necessidades para a implantação do modelo e no segundo questionário aplicado
aos três sócios gestores da organização, para averiguar os principais desafios do projeto.
Na segunda etapa da pesquisa já de caráter quantitativo usou uma amostra de 22 pessoas
para responder a um questionário de perguntas pré-formatadas para avaliação dos
princípios de governança já praticados pela organização. A principal contribuição do
estudo foi de demonstrar como são as principais etapas envolvidas na implantação de um
projeto de governança para uma sociedade de advogados guardadas as suas
particularidades e as mudanças necessárias na gestão empresarial.
By checking the main steps of the process of implementing corporate governance in a law firm, it was possible to evaluate through a process mapping the needs of the company as to adherence to the principles of governance. Being aware of a complete change in its management model, the organization sought through a consulting work to implement corporate governance. The study has the objectives of identifying the adherence of the Organization by the principles of governance, evaluating the main stages of the implementation project and identifying the main challenges in the vision of the partners for the implantation of the model. In the first step, two questionnaires were applied with open questions, the first to the senior partner and the oldest of the organization in order to collect qualitatively the main needs for the implantation of the model and in the second Questionnaire applied to the three managing partners of the organization to ascertain the main challenges of the project. In the second phase of the already quantitative research used a sample of 22 people to answer a questionnaire of questions preformatted to evaluate the principles of governance already practiced by the organization. The main contribution of the study was to demonstrate how the main steps involved in the implementation of a governance project for a law firm for the kept their particularities and the necessary changes in management.
