Abstract(s)
Objectivo: Investigar o efeito da técnica de electrólise percutânea guiada por ultrasom na tendinopatia do ligamento rotuliano através de uma revisão de ensaios clínicos.
Metodologia: Foi realizada uma pesquisa nas bases de dados PubMed, Web of Science e Dialnet para identificar ensaios clínicos que avaliassem os efeitos da técnica de electrólise percutânea guiada por ultrasom na tendinopatia do ligamento rotuliano.
Resultados: Dos 4 estudos avaliados, apenas um tem boa qualidade metodológica. Todos tiveram resultados que indicam o efeito benéfico da técnica na tendinopatia crónica. Conclusão: Apesar de os resultados serem satisfatórios em todos os artigos avaliados, a fraca qualidade metodológica e o número reduzido de estudos não permite afirmar o sucesso da técnica.
