| dc.description.abstract | A intervenção do fonoaudiólogo no telemarketing pressupõe conhecimentos específicos sobre os aspectos físicos, sociais, ambientais e psicoemocionais ligados à função do teleoperador. Os avanços constantes da tecnologia atrelados à competitividade desta função exigem que o trabalhador tanto se atualize continuamente quanto busque subsídios para o exercício laboral de forma a atender suas próprias expectativas, as da empresa e as do cliente. The intervention of the speech therapist in the telemarketing presumes specific knowledge about the environment, social relationships, physical health and psychological aspects connected to the function of the telephone operator. The constant advancements of the technology harnessed to the competitiveness of this function require a continuous update from the employee while he seeks subsidies for the labor exercise attending his own, the company and the client expectations. | por |
