Abstract(s)
Este trabalho investiga a Motivação na escola de Formação de Professores INE Marista (Luanda), fundada em 1958 pela Congregação dos Irmãos Marista da Igreja Católica. Para o fazer usou-se a escala Multi-Factorial de Motivação no Trabalho (Multi-Moti), cujas quatro dimensões: Organização do Trabalho; Motivação para o Desempenho; Motivos de Realização e Poder; Envolvimento, são compostas por 7 questões, avaliadas numa escala Likert (0 a 5). A análise dos dados permitiu concluir pela prevalência da opinião negativa e pela existência 50% associações estatisticamente significativas entre as dimensões e factores, contudo revelaram-se associações predominantemente fracas.
This work investigates Motivation in the School of Teacher Training INE Marista (Luanda), founded in 1958 by the Congregation of the Marist Brothers of the Catholic Church. In order to do this, it was used the Multi-Factorial Motivation at Work (Multi-Moti), whose four dimensions: Work Organization; Motivation for Performance; Realization Reasons and Power; Involvement, were composed of 7 ladder questions, evaluated on a Likert scale (0 to 5). Data analysis allowed to conclude from the prevalence of negative opinion and by the existence of 50% statistically significant associations between dimensions and factors, however predominantly weak associations.
