Abstract(s)
O projeto aqui desenvolvido recai sobre um triplo homicídio sexual ocorrido em Portugal, conhecido por “Homicida de Santa Comba Dão”, nos anos 2005/06, sendo o único caso, desta natureza, resolvido até ao momento em Portugal.
O projeto incide sobre um estudo de caso único com recurso a análise documental. Tem como objetivo fundamental a obtenção de dados que permitam conhecer e compreender este tipo de homicídios, através do modelo de classificação do “Crime Classification Manual”.
A metodologia aplicada é de natureza qualitativa. Este método traduz resultados nunca alcançados por outro método estatístico. Em linhas gerais, a base de construção de um plano de investigação qualitativa sugerem uma orientação definida por etapas: formulação do problema; levantamento de questões; escolha de métodos e técnicas de recolha de dados entre outras, posteriormente, passar à reformulação do problema.
Tratando-se do único caso classificado como homicida sexual em série até a presente data, o que se pretende com este estudo é contribuir para que, no futuro, perante um caso deste género, se possa tirar ilações e desenvolver um perfil para identificar um eventual serial killer em Portugal.
The project developed here rests on a triple sexual homicide occurred in Portugal, known as “Homicidal Santa Comba Dão” in the years 2005/06, the only case of this nature, solved so far in Portugal. The project focuses on a case study using single document analysis. Aims to obtain fundamental data to know and understand this type of homicide through the classification model of the "Crime Classification Manual." The methodology is qualitative in nature. This method reflects the results ever achieved by another statistical method. In general, the basic construction of a qualitative research plan suggests an orientation defined by stages: problem formulation, survey questions, selecting methods and techniques for data collection among others, subsequently passing to the reformulation of the problem. Since this is the only case classified as sexual serial killer to date, what is intended with this study is to contribute to the future, a case of this kind; one can draw conclusions and develop a profile to identify a possible serial killer in Portugal.
