| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação do Mestrado em Criminologia fundamenta-se no fato da delinquência juvenil e o poder das facções que atuam no âmbito do Centro Socioeducativo em Roraima, com reflexão histórica dos vários modelos de proteção e internamento de crianças e adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade bem como a legislação vigente que os ampara legalmente. Efetuou-se um minucioso trajeto conceituando o que é criança e adolescente no Brasil e suas transformações físicas e psíquicas. Procurou abordar a influência do meio em que vive a saber a família, a escola e os fatores que contribuem para a delinquência na adolescência. O trabalho realizado teve como pretensão averiguar, por meio de pesquisa em processos de admissão, o grau de envolvimento dos infratores com as facções criminosas e também as infrações cometidas pelos adolescentes internos no Centro Socioeducativo. Por ser um tema complexo e observando a sua delimitação, aconselha-se um estudo englobando os pós internamento dos adolescentes e o seu retorno a sociedade para assim concluir o nível de ressocialização trabalhados e obtidos dentro do centro. Sugere-se ainda que o poder estatal busque meios de fiscalizar a educação base, o acesso a saúde e ao lazer promovendo políticas públicas e sociais para prevenção de um tema tão complexo, sofrido e dispendioso quanto a delinquência juvenil que se envolve com grupos criminosos organizados. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present dissertation of the Master degree in Criminology is based on the fact of juvenile delinquency and the power of the factions that works in the scope of the Social Educational Center in Roraima, with historical reflection of the several models of protection and hospitalization of children and adolescents in vulnerability situation well as the current legislation that legally protects them. A meticulous journey was made to conceptualize what are child and adolescent in Brazil and its physical and psychic transformations. It sought to explain the influence of the environment in which he lives with the family, school and factors that contribute to delinquency in adolescence. The work carried out had as a pretension to investigate, through research in admission processes, the degree of involvement of the offenders with the criminal factions and also the infractions committed by the internal adolescents in the Social Educational Center. Because it is a complex topic that has an observing that is delimitated, it is advisable to study the post-hospitalization of the adolescents and their return to society in order to complete the level of resocialization worked and obtained within the center. It is also suggested that state power seek ways to monitor basic education, access to health and leisure by promoting public and social policies to prevent this complex suffered and costly theme as a juvenile delinquency that engages with organized criminal groups. | pt_PT |
