A pesquisa aborda a participação das integrantes e convidadas da Comissão da Mulher Advogada da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seccional do Rio Grande do Sul – OABRS durante a gestão 2016/2018, com foco nas estratégias de comunicação adotadas para fomentar a liderança feminina. Reconhecendo a comunicação como um elemento-chave para o fortalecimento feminino, o estudo analisa a importância dessas estratégias na ampliação da presença de mulheres em cargos de poder na OABRS, em outras instituições, empresas e na política, promovendo a igualdade entre homens e mulheres. O principal objetivo consiste em analisar o fomento da participação, representação política, fortalecimento feminino e possíveis transformações nas relações de gênero através de estratégias de comunicação utilizadas, e, se foram divulgadas no site da OABRS visando aumentar o número de mulheres nos cargos de poder. A metodologia consistiu em uma pesquisa quantitativa por meio de questionário online, aplicado às integrantes e convidadas da Comissão da Mulher Advogada da OABRS, complementada com informações fornecidas pela própria instituição. Os resultados evidenciam a importância das estratégias de comunicação na promoção da liderança feminina, destacando seu papel na conscientização sobre desigualdades de gênero e no fortalecimento da presença de mulheres em posições de poder. A pesquisa conclui que a comunicação inclusiva e direcionada é um instrumento essencial para a transformação social, pois contribui para romper barreiras estruturais e abrir caminhos para a igualdade de gênero em diferentes
esferas da sociedade.
The research looks at the participation of members and guests of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio Grande do Sul section - OABRS Women Lawyers Commission during the 2016/2018 term, with a focus on the communication strategies adopted to foster female leadership. Recognizing communication as a key element for female empowerment, the study analyses the importance of these strategies in increasing the presence of women in positions of power in the OABRS, other institutions, companies and politics, promoting equality between men and women. The main objective is to analyse the promotion of participation, political representation, female empowerment and possible transformations in gender relations through the communication strategies used, and whether they have been disseminated on the OABRS website with the aim of increasing the number of women in positions of power. The methodology consisted of a quantitative survey using an online questionnaire, applied to members and guests of the OABRS Women Lawyers Commission, supplemented with information provided by the institution itself. The results show the importance of communication strategies in promoting female leadership, highlighting their role in raising awareness of gender inequalities and strengthening the presence of women in positions of power. The research concludes that inclusive and targeted communication is an essential tool for social transformation, as it helps to break down structural barriers and open up paths to gender equality in different spheres of society.
