A delinquência juvenil tem sido alvo de muitas pesquisas e preocupações nos últimos anos, mas nestes estudos, muitas vezes não há uma preocupação em diferenciação de gêneros, o que se faz de extrema importância para uma correta intervenção. A presente investigação tem como objetivo principal identificar os crimes mais cometidos por raparigas no estado do Rio de Janeiro e analisar suas motivações. A metodologia usada foi qualitativa e as participantes, com idades entre 14 e 17 anos, cumpriam medida de internação e participaram da entrevista voluntariamente. Em termos de resultados, buscou-se identificar os fatores de risco que permeavam a vida dessas adolescentes. As inquiridas que cumpriram pena de internação revelaram ter sido alvo de diversos tipos de negligências durante vários anos, inclusive familiar os quais culminaram no crime praticado; A situação de maior vulnerabilidade das jovens em conflito com a lei ficou explícita pela exclusão social a que muitas estavam submetidas. A maioria demonstrou arrependimento e esperança em ter um futuro melhor, alcançado pelo estudo. Em suma, foi possível com a investigação analisar os fatores de risco mais envolvidos nesse processo para uma possível prevenção das autoridades responsáveis.
Juvenile delinquency has been the subject of much research and concern in recent years, but in these studies, there is often no concern with gender differentiation, which is extremely important for correct intervention. The present investigation has as main objective to identify the violent crimes most committed by girls in the state of Rio de Janeiro and to analyze their motivations. The participants, aged between 15 and 17 years old, fulfilled the hospitalization measure and participated in the interview voluntarily. In terms of results, we sought to identify the risk factors that permeated the lives of these adolescents. The respondents, who are serving a sentence of hospitalization, revealed to have been the target of several types of negligence for several years, including family members, which culminated in the crime committed; The situation of greater vulnerability of young women in conflict with the law was made explicit by the social exclusion to which many were subjected. The majority showed regret and hope for a better future, achieved by the study. In short, it was possible with the investigation to analyze the risk factors most involved in this process for possible prevention by the responsible authorities.
