É, de facto, importante realçar a vitimação de adictos às drogas com práticas criminosas, pois, sendo uma população muito específica, circulam em meios onde não são os únicos a cometer crimes, tornando-se alvos fáceis para a hostilidade e a violência, originando cenários de vitimação, mas, também, sofrendo de vitimação. Este projeto pretende estudar a vitimação de adictos às drogas com práticas criminosas, com o objetivo geral de traçar um padrão de ocorrências de vitimação nesta população. Este trabalho apresenta-se em duas partes, uma referente ao enquadramento teórico e outra com foco sobre o estudo que aqui se planeia. É esperado, nos resultados expectáveis, encontrar situações de vitimação em número significativo, nestes sujeitos. Esperamos ainda encontrar, entre as nossas conclusões, a ideia de que esta população, por razões devidas à prática de crime e à sujeição a situações de vitimação, quando se encontra em tratamento/reabilitação carece de programas adaptados a tal realidade, e contemplando medidas que atendam também às suas experiências de vitimação.
It is, in fact, important to highlight the victimisation of drug addicts with criminal practices because, being a very specific population, they circulate in environments where they are not the only ones committing crimes, becoming easy targets for hostility and violence, creating scenarios of victimisation, but also suffering from victimisation. This project aims to study the victimisation of drug addicts with criminal practices, with the general objective of tracing a pattern of victimisation occurrences in this population. This work is presented in two parts, one referring to the theoretical framework and the other focussing on the study planned here. We expect to find a significant number of victimisation situations in these individuals. We also hope to find, among our conclusions, the idea that this population, for reasons due to committing a crime and being subjected to situations of victimisation, when they are in treatment/rehabilitation, they dont find programmes adapted to this reality, and including measures that also consider their experiences of victimisation.
