Abstract(s)
A realização deste trabalho de investigação surge, no âmbito da licenciatura em Enfermagem e tem por tema “Formação Permanente nos Enfermeiro da VMER – Que Realidade” Com a elaboração deste trabalho pretendeu-se saber quais as formações realizadas pelos enfermeiros da VMER nos últimos 12 meses, qual a temática que mais os entusiasma na aquisição de novos conhecimentos, qual a temática, abordada nas formações, com que contactam mais frequentemente como Enfermeiros do Pré-hospitalar, se as formações realizadas vão de encontro às suas necessidades, qual a área de enfermagem em que sentem mais necessidade de formação e se alguma vez assumiram o papel de formador. O estudo foi efectuado aos Enfermeiros a exercer funções, no mês de Junho e Julho 2009, numa determinada VMER do Alto Minho.
O presente trabalho de investigação foi precedido de uma revisão bibliográfica e tratou-se de um estudo quantitativo descritivo simples, subsidiado de um estudo qualitativo. O enquadramento teórico fundamenta aspectos, relacionados com a importância da formação permanente e as competências do Enfermeiro da VMER. A colheita de dados foi obtida pela aplicação de um questionário de respostas mistas, a uma amostra constituída por 14 enfermeiros. Os dados foram tratados em SPSS e posteriormente em Excel e apresentam sob a forma de gráficos e quadros. Após análise dos dados verificou-se que os Enfermeiros da VMER realizaram formações com frequência, nos últimos 12 meses, nomeadamente na área da Traumatologia. Esta área surgiu como a área que mais entusiasma os Enfermeiros na aquisição de novos conhecimentos, sendo que também a que mais contactam aquando do exercício da Enfermagem Pré-hospitalar. Constatou-se que as formações realizadas vão de encontro às necessidades do Enfermeiro que desempenha funções na área do Pré-hospitalar. A área de Enfermagem referida como sendo a que os Enfermeiros possuem mais necessidades de formação foi a Pediatria. Concluiu-se, ainda, que os Enfermeiros pertencentes a esta população já assumiram, na sua maioria, o papel de formadores.
O estudo foi elaborado com o intuito de determinar se os Enfermeiros realizam formações de modo a manter os seus conhecimentos actualizados e se as formações realizadas se coadunam com as temáticas com que contactam a nível prático.
This research study was carried out regarding the nursing Degree, and has for title “Permanent training in the Nurses of VMER (Medical Vehicle of Emergency and Reanimation)- The Reality” The objectives of this study are to know the trainings done by nurses of the VMER in the last 12 months; which topics are more motivating in the acquisition of new knowledge; which ones are more useful in their daily work as Pre-hospital nurses; if the developed trainings fulfil their needs; in which areas they fells they need more training and if they eventually assume the role of instructors. The research was done with nurses working during the month of June and July of 2009 in a determine VMER of the Alto Minho, Portugal. Bibliographical references were consulted preceding the practical part of this study and this research is a simple quantitative descriptive study, accompanied by a qualitative study. The theoretical framework indicates aspects related with the importance of the training and competences of the nurses of the VMER. The data was collected with a survey of mixed answers and the sample was composed by 14 nurses. The date was analysed in SPSS and Excel and the results are presented in the form of graphics and charts. After the analysis, it was verified that the nurses of the VMER did trainings frequently in the last 12 months, especially and Traumatology. This topic was also the most motivating for the nurses in the acquisition of new knowledge, as well as the most useful in their work as Prehospital nurse. It was also proved that the developed trainings fulfil the needs of the Prehospital nurses. Nevertheless it was confirmed that the area with more needs of training is Pediatrics. It was also concluded that the most of the nurses already assumed the role of instructors. Finally, this study was done in order to determine if nurses do the trainings to actualize their knowledge an if the developed trainings are adapted with the issues they have to deal in a practical level.
