O assédio moral é uma problemática que existe desde o início das relações de trabalho e [econtinua] a ser um desafio na atualidade, afetando qualquer indivíduo no mercado de [trabalho]. O clima organizacional pode ser um fator que potencializa essas situações, influenciando as interações entre os colaboradores. As consequências do assédio moral podem ser profundas e duradouras, impactando a vida das vítimas. Este projeto inicia-se com uma revisão teórica que busca compreender a natureza do assédio moral e os limites da sua definição, já que nem todo comportamento hostil classifica-se como tal. Serão explorados diferentes tipos de comportamentos negativos, as partes envolvidas, as diversas formas de assédio moral, fatores de risco, as fases do fenómeno e os impactos que ele provoca, para além de medidas de prevenção. Na segunda fase, o projeto foca na construção de um questionário de avaliação da ocorrência de assédio moral no ambiente de trabalho, analisando como o clima organizacional afeta a saúde mental e a produtividade dos colaboradores.

The organizational climate can be a factor that enhances these situations, influencing interactions between employees. The consequences of moral harassment can be profound and long-lasting, impacting the lives of the victims. This project begins with a [theorical] review that seeks to understand the nature of moral harassment and the limits of its definition, since not all hostile behavior is classified as such. It will explore different types of negative [behaviour], the parties involved, the various forms of bullying, risk factors, the stages of the phenomenon and the impacts it causes, as well as prevention measures. In the second phase, the project focuses on the construction of a questionnaire to evaluate the occurrence of moral harassment in the workplace, analyzing how the organizational climate affects the mental health and productivity of employees.
