| dc.description.abstract | Devido às mudanças ocorridas pela evolução da Odontologia, a busca pela estética tem sido frequente. A implantologia seguindo esta evolução, passou a não só se preocupar em reabilitar funcionalmente o doente desdentado parcial ou total como, em reabilita-lo esteticamente. O contorno ósseo e gengival é um fator imprescindível para o sucesso estético de uma reabilitação anterior com implantes ósseo integrados. Buscando a manutenção desse contorno estético vários autores publicaram trabalhos descrevendo a posição ideal do implante dentário anterior para se obter excelência estética. Foi então realizada, uma breve revisão da literatura recente com os métodos descritos para obtenção de contornos gengivais estéticos em reabilitações com implantes dentários em maxila anterior e concluiu-se que os recursos descritos são aplicáveis e permitem a otimização dos resultados. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | As dentistry has evolved, the search for good esthetics has became increasingly frequent. Implantology following this trend, became concerned not only with the functional rehabilitation of the partial or total edentulous patient, but also, with esthetic result. Adequate contour of the bone and gingiva is an essential factor to achieve success in an anterior rehabilitation using dental implants. In order to maintain the gingival esthetic contour many authors produced papers describing the ideal position of the anterior dental implant to achieve success in an anterior rehabilitation. Therefore, a bibliographic review of the most recent methods to achieve esthetic contour of the gingiva in anterior dental implants rehabilitation was carried out and it was found that the methods described are aplicable and allow the optimization of results. | pt_PT |
