Um dos objetivos primordiais da Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações centra-se no estudo do sujeito inserido no contexto de trabalho, de forma a promover um melhor bem-estar e qualidade de vida do mesmo. Neste sentido, neste estudo pretendeu-se compreender de que forma se relacionam as condições de trabalho de uma empresa têxtil e de vestuário com a saúde dos seus trabalhadores e o seu bem-estar, tendo em conta os riscos profissionais identificados na empresa. Assim, este é um estudo quantitativo de natureza observacional, descritivo e transversal. Para a recolha de dados foi utilizado o INSAT de forma a avaliar as condições de trabalho mas também a saúde e bem-estar dos trabalhadores. A amostra, não probabilística de conveniência, foi constituída por 38 mulheres trabalhadoras da empresa Confecções Argaçosa S.A. Os resultados deste estudo denotam que as trabalhadoras se apresentam envelhecidas pela atividade de trabalho e pelas suas exigências. Verifica-se um desgaste físico e emocional, decorrente das condições de trabalho, como as solicitações constantes, o ritmo de trabalho interno e as condições insuficientes ao nível de iluminação e proteção contra o ruído. Por este facto, constata-se que efetivamente se verifica que as condições de trabalho estão a afetar a saúde e o bem-estar destas mulheres. Os resultados aqui apresentados apontam para a necessidade de uma preocupação crescente no que respeita às condições de trabalho e à sua ligação com o bem-estar físico, psicológico e relacional. Além disso, a realização deste estudo permitiu a obtenção de um conhecimento mais aprofundado sobre a perceção das condições de trabalho e o estado de saúde das trabalhadoras da empresa em questão e permitiu focar-nos nas condições de trabalho que devem merecer uma intervenção, de forma a minimizar os riscos ao nível da saúde e bem-estar destas trabalhadoras.
One of the primary objectives of the Work and Organizational Psychology focuses on the study of the subject within the context of work in order to promote a better well-being and quality of life of it. In this sense, this study aims to understand how they relate the working conditions of a textile company and clothing to the health of its employees and their well-being, taking into account the occupational risks identified in the company. So this is a quantitative study of observational, descriptive and cross-cutting nature. For data collection was used INSAT to assess working conditions but also the health and welfare of workers. The non-probabilistic sample of convenience consisted of 38 women workers of the company Clothes Argaçosa SA The results of this study have shown that the workers present aged by work activity and its requirements. There is a physical and emotional exhaustion, resulting in working conditions, as the constant demands, the pace of domestic work and insufficient conditions to the level of lighting and noise protection. As a result, it appears that effectively finds that working conditions are affecting the health and welfare of these women. The results presented here point to the need of a growing concern with regard to working conditions and its connection to the physical, psychological and relational well-being. In addition, this study allowed to obtain a deeper knowledge about the perception of working conditions and health status of the company's workers in question and allowed us to focus on working conditions that warrant an intervention in order to minimize the risk in terms of health and well-being of these workers.
