Abstract(s)
O presente projeto de graduação tem como tema âO impacto da violĂȘncia conjugal no desenvolvimento dos filhosâ, e encontra-se dividido em duas partes: a parte do enquadramento conceptual, onde Ă© feita uma revisĂŁo da literatura e a parte da proposta de investigação, que diz respeito Ă parte empĂrica do trabalho.
Na primeira parte deste estudo Ă© apresentado um enquadramento teĂłrico para a problemĂĄtica da violĂȘncia interparental e o seu impacto no desenvolvimento das crianças que a testemunham. Relativamente Ă segunda parte do projeto, atravĂ©s do recurso a questionĂĄrios (CTS-2 e S.A.N.I.), Ă© realizado um estudo de natureza quantitativa e de carĂĄcter descritivo com o objetivo de compreender a relação entre a exposição Ă violĂȘncia na infĂąncia e a transmissĂŁo intergeracional da violĂȘncia, ou seja, a perpetração desses comportamentos em relaçÔes de namoro na vida dos jovens/adultos ou a vitimação por parte dos mesmos.
Por meio desta proposta de estudo, espera-se obter dados que possam contribuir para a criação de estratégias de intervenção e de prevenção destinadas a crianças expostas a tais atos, com o objetivo de reduzir os danos que essas crianças possam vir a sofrer.
The theme of this graduation project is âThe impact of conjugal violence on childrenâs developmentâ, and it is divided into two parts: the conceptual framework, where the literature is reviewed, and the research proposal, which concerns the empirical part of the work. The first part of this study presents a theoretical framework for the problem of interparental violence and itÂŽs impact on the development of children who witness it. About the second part of the project, using questionnaires (CTS-2 and S.A.N.I.) a quantitative and descriptive study is carried out with the aim of understanding the relationship between exposure to violence in childhood and the intergenerational transmission of violence, which means the perpetration of these behavior in dating relationships in the lives of young people/adults or their victimization. Trought this proposed study, it is hoped to obtain data that can contribute to the creation of intervention and prevention strategies aimed at children exposed to such acts, with the aim of reducing the damage that these children may suffer.
