As migrações internacionais são votadas à exclusão em todas as suas formas. Se é certo que nos países recebedores de imigrantes também há bolsas de excluídos nacionais, os imigrantes são as maiores vítimas deste processo, porque lhes são negados, para além dos direitos sociais que todas as sociedades democráticas prometem aos seus cidadãos, os direitos de cidadania, através de uma rejeição que os remete para um reduto de estranheza e de inferioridade. The international migrations are voted to exclusion in all forms. Although in the immigrant receiving coutries there are also stoks of excluded nationals, the immigrants are the biggest victims of this process, because they are denied, besides the social rights that all democratic societies promise to their citizens, the right to citizenship, trough one rejection that puts them into a level of strangeness and inferiority.
