| dc.description.abstract | Os maus tratos são uma problemática bastante presente na atualidade, mas uma realidade bem antiga que nos assombra há centenas de anos. No entanto, só agora se começa a dar a necessária atenção para que este problema social seja tratado de forma prioritária. Com a presente investigação, pretende-se entender o risco e o contexto psicossocial dos maus tratos a crianças e jovens de modo a perceber quais as implicações que esta problemática tem na vida social da criança e no seu bem-estar psicológico. Através de uma análise de conteúdo de processos da CPCJ de Barcelos no ano de 2021, concluir se existe um padrão nas vítimas de maus-tratos constantes nos processos analisados e concluir a partir do mesmo se existem diferenças entre as mesmas em função da idade, sexo, nível socioeconómico, rendimento escolar e estrutura e dinâmica familiar. Os resultados obtidos mostram que não é possível concluir um padrão nas vítimas, no entanto existem semelhanças significativas no impacto psicossocial que devem ser tomadas em consideração de modo elaborar uma estratégia para prevenir e colaborar numa melhor promoção e proteção das crianças e jovens. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Maltreatment is a problem that is very present nowadays but also a very ancient reality that has haunted us for hundreds of years. However, it is only now that the necessary attention is being given so that this social problem can be treated as a priority. With the present investigation, we intend to understand the risk and the psychosocial context of children and young people’s maltreatment in order to understand the implications that this problem has on the child's social life and on their psychological well-being. Through an analysis of the content of CPCJ processes in Barcelos in the year 2021, concluding whether there is a pattern in the victims of maltreatment included in the analysed processes and concluding from the same whether there are differences between them depending on age, gender, socioeconomic status, school performance and family structure and dynamics. The results obtained show that it is not possible to conclude a pattern in the victims, however there are significant similarities in the psychosocial impact that must be considered in order to elaborate a strategy to prevent and collaborate in a better promotion and protection of children and young people. | pt_PT |
