Introdução: Com o aumento da utilização de plataformas digitais, as avaliações online tornaram-se uma importante fonte de feedback direto no setor odontológico, oferecendo uma visão valiosa sobre a satisfação dos pacientes.
Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo é analisar os fatores que influenciam a satisfação dos utilizadores de clínicas odontológicas na França, com base em avaliações online publicadas no Google Reviews, identificando temas recorrentes e classificando o sentimento expresso pelos pacientes em relação aos serviços.
Métodos: A análise foi baseada em 1784 avaliações online de clínicas odontológicas, classificadas qualitativa e quantitativamente. A metodologia incluiu a classificação do sentimento expresso nas avaliações e a análise da relação entre as classificações em estrelas e o conteúdo textual, permitindo a identificação de padrões e fatores de satisfação e insatisfação.
Resultados: A análise revelou que os sentimentos positivos, como gratidão, confiança e satisfação, estão fortemente associados a classificações de 4 ou 5 estrelas, enquanto sentimentos negativos, como frustração e dor, predominam nas avaliações de 1 e 2 estrelas. Fatores como a qualidade do atendimento, a eficiência dos tratamentos e o tempo de espera surgiram como determinantes para a satisfação dos pacientes.
Conclusões: Este estudo demonstra a importância das avaliações online como um indicador da satisfação dos pacientes. A gestão eficaz do atendimento ao cliente, a comunicação clara e a presença digital estratégica são essenciais para melhorar a reputação das clínicas dentárias e promover a lealdade dos pacientes. A utilização proativa das avaliações online para monitorizar a experiência dos pacientes é uma estratégia crucial para a melhoria contínua da qualidade dos serviços odontológicos.

Conclusions: This study highlights the importance of online reviews as an indicator of patient satisfaction. Effective customer service management, clear communication, and a strategic digital presence are essential for improving the reputation of dental clinics and fostering patient loyalty. The proactive use of online reviews to monitor patient experiences is a crucial strategy for the continuous improvement of the quality of dental services.
