Abstract(s)
Com o evoluir das tecnologias da informação e da comunicação ao longo dos anos, o bullying escolar migrou para o online (cyberbullying). Este tipo de bullying digital é um fenómeno que pode ocorrer em qualquer lugar, qualquer hora e com qualquer pessoa, pode ser alvo deste tipo de situação. Sendo o cyberbullying e os perigos online um dos problemas mais graves com que os jovens se deparam e que cada vez mais está em crescimento e evolução, a escola, os pais e a comunidade deverão estar atentos aos sinais que os jovens possam manifestar, já que este é um problema que afeta o bem-estar físico, emocional psicológico destes.
A escola, um lugar fundamental onde os jovens passam a sua maioria do tempo deverá ser proactiva, no sentido de sensibilizar, prevenir, detetar e intervir sempre que se revele necessário, mas para isso terá de ter estratégias e políticas para tal. Sendo assim, e fase ao tempo de pandemia que todos nós estamos a passar e com o aumento dos casos de cyberbullying devido ao confinamento, o objetivo desta proposta de intervenção é sobretudo sensibilizar e prevenir comportamentos de risco face à utilização das TIC. Desta forma, o primeiro capítulo aborda a parte teórica, onde se estabelece qual a ligação ente o bullying e o cyberbullying, as semelhanças, as diferenças, se há influência quanto ao género, os intervenientes (agressor, vítima e testemunha), quais as formas e tipos de cyberbullying, os motivos porque se pratica, as consequências, a sua eficácia, o receio em contar aos adultos e a importância da intervenção.
O segundo capítulo é constituído pela parte empírica, onde é apresentado o projeto intitulado “LES- Liga-te em Segurança” que foi desenvolvido para jovens entre os 12 e os 18 anos, a frequentar o ensino básico e secundário. Tendo como finalidade analisar os conhecimentos dos jovens face a esta problemática, analisar o tipo de comportamentos que surgem online, analisar se os jovens possuem conhecimentos e se os põem em prática, entre outros. O programa é constituído por 13 atividades, a maior parte realizadas em grupo e distintas umas das outras. Sendo esta temática pouco abordada em Portugal é necessário e urgente elaborar políticas e estratégias adequadas ao contexto em que se pretende implementar o programa, para que este tema tenha um maior êxito e consiga atingir os resultados previstos.
With the evolution of technologies over the years, school bullying has migrated to online (Cyberbullying). This type of digital bullying is a phenomenon that can occur anywhere, anytime and with anyone, can be the target of this type of situation. Since cyberbullying and online dangers are one of the most serious problems faced by young people and wich are increasingly growing and evolving, the school, parents and community should be aware to the signs that young people may manifest, since this is a problem that affects their physical, emotional and psychological well-being. School, a fundamental place where young people spend most of their time, should be proactive in order to rase awareness, prevent, detect and intervene when they need it, but for this it must have strategies and policies to do so. Therefore, and phase in time of pandemic that we are all going through and with the increase in Cyberbullying cases due to confinement, the objective of this intervention proposal is above all to raise awareness and prevent risky behaviors in face of the use of technologies. Thus, the first chapter address the theoretical part, which establishes the link between Bullying and Cyberbullying what are the similarities, what are the differences, whether there is influence on gender, wich actors (aggressor, victim and witness), what are the forms and types of cyberbullying, the reasons why it is practiced, the consequences, its effectiveness, the fear of the second chapter consist of the empirical part, where the project entitled "LES- Liga-te em Segurança" is presented, which was developed for young people between 12 and 18 years old, attending primary and secundary education. In order to analyze the knowledge of young people in the face of this problem, analyze the type of behaviors that arise online, analyze whether young people have knowledge and put it into practice, among others. The program consists of 13 activities, most of them carried out in groups and distinct from each other. Since this topic is little addressed in Portugal, it is necessary and urgent to develop policies and strategies appropriate to the context in which the program is intended to be implemented, so that this theme is more successful and can achieves the expected results.
