O médico dentista, devido à crescente demanda estética pelos pacientes, encontra-se no seu
consultório, cada vez mais confrontado com o tratamento de lesões de macha branca do esmalte.
Atualmente, existe um arsenal terapêutico adaptado a estas lesões, no entanto, antes de decidir
sobre uma ou outra terapêutica, é imperativo conhecer a etiologia da lesão. Esta revisão incidirá
particularmente sobre o tratamento com a micro infiltração de resina e sua eficácia.
O objetivo desta revisão narrativa é diferenciar claramente as diferentes lesões de macha branca
e encontrar o melhor tratamento para cada uma delas, e assim, explicar o uso da técnica de
micro infiltração para cada tipo dessas lesões e a sua diferença com outras técnicas terapêuticas.
Para a sua realização, artigos científicos foram pesquisados nos motores de busca: Pubmed,
ScienceDirect, Scielo e B-On.

Currently there is a therapeutic arsenal adapted, however, before deciding on one or the other of these therapeutics, it is imperative to know the etiology of the lesion. In this review will focus particularly on the treatment with the microinfiltration of resin and its effectiveness.
