É inegável a importância que a família tem para com o processo de socialização, uma vez que é o primeiro agente de socialização das crianças. Por esse motivo torna se pertinente percecionar o impacto que o processo de socialização tem para a transgeracionalidade do comportamento criminoso.
Tendo em vista isso, o estudo em questão tem como objetivo investiga r a interação entre fatores sociais, familiares e individuais no que toca ao comportamento criminoso, para o qual é necessário ter em consideração o impacto do meio familiar e social na socialização de crianças e jovens, a continuidade do comportamento antissocial ao longo das idades, a transgeracionalidade de comportamentos criminosos e a influência dos estilos educativos. Por essa razão, o estudo explora como o processo de socialização desempenha um papel fundamental na formação de valores, atitudes e comportamentos. Os resultados esperados indicam que o delito e o crime não são resultado de um único fator, mas sim o resultado de uma rede complexa de influências que abordem estas influências de forma holística.

For this reason, it is pertinent to understand the impact that the socialization process has on the transgenerationality of criminal behavior. With this in mind, the study in question aims to investigate the interaction between social, family and individual factors with regard to criminal behavior, for which it is necessary to take into account the impact of the family and social environment on the socialization of children and young people, the continuity of antisocial behavior throughout the ages, the transgenerationality of criminal behavior and the influence of educational styles. For this reason, the study explores how the socialization process plays a fundamental role in the formation of values, attitudes and behaviors. The expected results indicate that crime and crime are not the result of a single factor, but rather the result of a complex network of influences that approach these influences holistically.
